Solitary on yak dung in alpine meadow.Pileus 30 mm diam., conical, the margin extending slightly beyond lamellae; surface smooth, glabrous; pale brownish gray (3-4C4), paler grayish towards margins. Lamellae adnate, crowded with 2 series of lamellulae, blackish gray; edges concolorous. Stipe 75 X 5 mm (up to 9 mm at base), central, terete, equal above an enlarged base, hollow in very center, remains of thin membranous annulus adhering to stipe, blackened with spores; surface smooth, glabrous, apex white, lower portion concolorous with pileus. .
