Xizang (Tibet): Zuogong (Zogang) Xian. Dongda-La (pass), border of Mangkang (Markham) and Zogang xian on highway 318. Scree slopes, rocky vegetated slopes and adjacent level area at pass. 29°42'39"N, 98°0'9"E; 5100-5300 m.
Gregarious and subfasciculate in mossy soil of alpine meadow. Pileus 6-10 mm diam., hemispherical to broadly campanulate, surface dry, glabrous, smooth, light brownish. Lamellae adnate, with a slight decurrent tooth, dark brownish; edges concolorous. Stipe ;13 X 1-1.5 mm, central, terete, slightly flared at apex; surface smooth, glabrous, apex concolorous with pileus, dark brown below.
