On soil under trees dominated by Betula and Picea.
Pileus gray brown, with greenish tinge, applanate, margin slightly incurved when young, with white cortinate covering attached to stipe. 3-9 cm in diam. Lamellae sinuate, grayish yellow, crowded. Stipe subcylindrical, upper part with white cortinate coverings attached to pileus. Identification confirmed via BLAST.
