Collybia distorta (Fries) Quélet
Sichuan: Xiangcheng Xian. Yibailingba Gou. Off road from Xiangcheng to Daocheng, ca. 20 km from Xiangcheng. Gorge with steep slopes, running perpendicular to road and tributary of Suoqu He. Vegetation of large Pinus, Abies and Picea and mixed smaller, broadleaved deciduous trees of Acer, Prunus spp., Rhamnus, Sageretia, Syringa, Betula, etc. throughout and large trees of Populus along stream. 29°4'33"N, 99°55'8"E; 3150-3240 m.
In leaf debris. Cap 2-4cm in diam, convex, sometimes slightly umbonate, center dark brown, becoming paler towards the margin, margin white, dry. Lamellae white to dirty white, crowded. Stipe 4-6 x 0.3-0.6cm, subcylindrical, brownish, apex whitish, whole stipe with white hairs.
