Simocybe centunculus (Fries) P. Karsten
Sichuan: Xiangcheng Xian. Yibailingba Gou. Off road from Xiangcheng to Daocheng, ca. 20 km from Xiangcheng. Gorge with steep slopes, running perpendicular to road and tributary of Suoqu He. Vegetation of large Pinus, Abies and Picea and mixed smaller, broadleaved deciduous trees of Acer, Prunus spp., Rhamnus, Sageretia, Syringa, Betula, etc. throughout and large trees of Populus along stream. 29°4'33"N, 99°55'8"E; 3150-3240 m.
On rotten wood. Cap 1-2cm in diam, convex to applanate, dry, chocolate brown, margin finely striate hygrophanous. Lamellae brown to chocolate brown with grayish tinge, adnexed to sinuate. Stipe 3-6x0.2-0.4cm, cylindrical, brown, apex with whitish hairs, base not enlarged.
