On soil under Picea and Abies.Fruit body 5-8cm in height, 2-4 cm in diam, Stipe distinct, 1-2 cm long and 0.5-1 cm in diam, whitish or with grayish olivaceous tinge, main branches pale olivaceous to grayish olivaceous, apex yellow brown to yellow. Context watery, whitish, unchanging. Odor none, taste mild or slightly acrid.
