Sichuan: Rangtang (Zamtang) Xian. NE of Wengda (Sêrba). Wengda National Forest Resources Reserve Region along the Se Qu (Se River). Disturbed Picea-Abies forest with shrubs and open areas. 31°58'56"N, 100°57'52"E; 3090 m.
Pileus planoconvex to applanate, 0.6-2 cm in diam., white, with obtusely umbonate yellowish center; with long, radial striations. Lamellae free, white. Stipe subcylindrical, thicker downward, 3-4.5 x 0.1-0.2 cm, white, with pale yellowish tints. Annulus white, ascendant.
