Sichuan: Rangtang (Zamtang) Xian. NE of Wengda (Sêrba). Wengda National Forest Resources Reserve Region along the Se Qu (Se River). Disturbed Picea-Abies forest with shrubs and open areas. 31°58'56"N, 100°57'52"E; 3090 m.
Pileus 3-6 cm, applanate, disc usually depressed, but always with a small umbo at center. Pileus brown, with yellowish tinge. Lamellae adnate. Stipe 4-6 x 0.3-0.6 cm, subcylindrical, paler than pileus.
