On ground, at 3450 m.
Pileus 1-2 cm in diam., convex, umbonate, dirty white, with red to reddish brown squamules. Lamellae free, white. Stipe 2-3 x 0.2-0.3 cm, stipe base enlarged. Annulus with reddish tinge.
