Scattered on ground in meadow with Polygonum, Potentilla and Berberis, sometimes with Cyperus, dwarf Rhododendron and Juniperus at 4300 m.
Pileus 4 cm in diam., concave, white. Lamellae yellow. Stipe 4 x 1 cm, whitish.
