On soil along roadside at 3500 m.
Pileus 3-5 cm in diam., convex, yellowish brown, margin with whitish veil. Lamellae brownish. Stipe 3-5 x 0.7-0.9 cm, yellowish above annulus, yellow to yellowish below annulus.
