On ground near (only) Rhododendron and Polygonum at 4300 m.Pileus 2-4 cm in diam., convex, slightly viscid to gelatinous, first central part yellow ochraceous, margin olivaceous, when mature almost whole pileal surface becoming ochraceous or yellow with brownish tinge, only margin with olivaceous tinge. Lamellae first pale violet, then brown. Stipe 5-7 x 0.5-1 cm, violet, then yellowish, dirty white to ochraceous.
