Gomphus orientalis R. H. Petersen & M. Zang
Sichuan: Xiangcheng Xian. Between Xiangcheng and Sandui near the village of Riyin, S of Wuming Shan. West facing slopes and seepages in mixed coniferous forest (Picea, Abies, Pinus). 29°8'28"N, 99°55'42"E; 3550-4000 m.
On ground under Salix and Picea at 3500 m. Pileus 3-8 cm, concave, irregularly formed, margin waved, brown to purplish brown, dry. Hymenium cantharelloid, grayish pink to purplish gray to pale brown. Stipe 1-2 x 1-1.5 cm, brownish to brown. Context white, unchanging. Taste mild. With a slide.
