Hebeloma crustuliniforme (Bulliard) Quélet
Sichuan: Xiangcheng Xian. Between Xiangcheng and Sandui near the village of Riyin, S of Wuming Shan. West facing slopes and seepages in mixed coniferous forest (Picea, Abies, Pinus). 29°8'28"N, 99°55'42"E; 3550-4000 m.
On ground in forest of Picea and Pinus densata at 3700 m. Pileus 5-10 cm, dry to slightly viscid, applanate, with an obtuse umbo at disc, cream colored, sometimes brownish; margin waved, and often incurved. Lamellae adnexed, pale brown. Stipe 5-8 x 1-2 cm, white, fibrillose, apical region with whitish squamules. Context white, unchanging. Taste mild. With a slide and line drawings.
