Sichuan: Xiangcheng Xian. Between Xiangcheng and Sandui near the village of Riyin, S of Wuming Shan. West facing slopes and seepages in mixed coniferous forest (Picea, Abies, Pinus). 29°8'28"N, 99°55'42"E; 3550-4000 m.
On ground under Quercus at 3700 m. Pileus 3-5 cm in diam., applanate, yellowish to grayish, distinctly tomentose. Hymenophore adnexed, yellow; pores ca. 1/mm. Stipe 5-10 x 0.5-1 cm, longitudinally fibrillose, whitish to brownish or reddish. Context yellowish, unchanging. Taste mild. With a slide.
