On duff with mosses.
Discoid, sessile, hymenium scarlet, less than 2 mm in diam., hairs brown, simple at base, to 600 um long, ascospores ellipsoid to ovoid, smooth-walled, ca. 18.5-20.5 x 14.5-15 um.
