Cap 1-2 cm in diam., conical to broadly umbonate, yellowish, densely covered with brownish yellow innate fibrils; lamellae grayish to brownish with olivaceous tinge; stipe 6-10 X 0.3-0.5 cm, subcylindrical, whitish, fibrillose, base slightly enlarged.
