In meadow.Pileus plane, umbonate in center, grayish white or pale yellowish brown, margin translucently striate, 2.2-3.2 cm in diam; lamellae free, pale yellowish, with short gills, margin even; stipe equal, pale yellowish brown, slightly squamulose on surface, 3-6 cm long, 0.3 cm in diam.
